Md. Fojla Rabbi Miah was born in a respected Muslim family of Sultanpur at Palash Upazilla in Narsingdi District on May 01, 1997. He is the youngest son of Mr. Md. Khokon Miah and Mrs. Rokeya  Begum between two brothers. He passed his SSC and HSC examination in 2012 and 2014 respectively from Dhaka Board.  He obtained his BBA (Hons) degree in 2018 and MBA (Human Resource Management) in 2019 from the Department of Management Studies at Comilla University, Bangladesh. Besides academic study, he was involved in extra curriculum activities in university life . He worked as a Vice-President (Admin) of  Comilla University Debating Society (CoUDS). Also, he participated a good number of national debate competitions and recognised as best debater.   Mr. Fojla Rabbi joined Sunamganj Government College  as a Lecturer in the Department of Management on April 28, 2024. He is an officer of BCS (General Education) Cadre through 41st BCS 2019. In addition to teaching profession,  he is keen to conduct research and development in business and economics arena. His interest areas of research are employees psychology, recruitment and selection and development economics.
